Navajo Mountain Project
With cooperation from the Navajo Mountain Chapter of the Navajo Nation and Utah Energy Conservation Coalition, Inc. (UECC), International Automated Systems, Inc., ["IAS"] (IAUS.OB) has helped organize a project called the Navajo Mountain Residential Energy Pilot Program. IAS will construct a 10KW Solar Mini Power Plant to provide both electricity and heat for three families who reside in the area of Navajo Mountain. This first Solar Mini Power Plant is a pilot project for the Navajo Mountain Chapter and possibly the entire Navajo Nation, which has over 200,000 Native American residents.
The pilot project is a humanitarian endeavor that will require donations.
Aside from the Navajo Mountain project, IAS has already commenced building one Solar Mini Power Unit, and is negotiating agreements to build others. Construction on the Solar Power Unit to be used for the Navajo Mountain Residential Energy Pilot Program will start immediately once donations begin to come in.
