Discussion heard on deposition designations. Ms. Healy Gallagher provided Plaintiffs Exhibit 829, affidavit of non-appearance of Samuel Otto and moved for the admission. Mr. Paul requested additional time to review the exhibit before responding to the proposed admission.

Mr. Overson returned to complete testimony. Witness excused.

Court addressed the service issue. Ms. Healy Gallagher stated that the service issue was in their proposed findings and conclusions (pages 88-90).
