This video was initially published by KSL-TV on March 19th, 2008.
It was re-published by RaPower3 in May of 2011, with a section edited out. The section stating "a California power consortium has already bought into the first stage of this project" was deleted from the video.

The video also claims "The Utah group holds patent rights on magnifying material that's impregnated inside the plastic". However, there doesn't seem to be a matching patent at the USPTO (U.S. Patent Office). Following is a link to the portion of the video containing the patent reference:

    Phase I project: 15 Towers up and running by the end of the year (2013)
This video was initially published in mid-November of 2013
As of March of 2017 (2 1/2 years later), they still didn't have 15 towers "up and running".

As of March of 2017 (2 1/2 years later), they still hadn't put ANY towers up in Phase II.

    Phase I project: Towers 12 to 15 will be raised shortly (end of the year 2013)
This video is not in the RaPower3 YouTube channel, but as of December 2014 it was available in a separate RaPower3 related site.
It was filmed in November 2013 and titled "Solar Project 1 Update 1". RaPower3 Director of Operations Greg Shepard shows tower numbers 12-15. He shows tower number 14 and says "This will be raised here very shortly, in the next few days."

Six months later, the pods were still laying on the ground, facing in the same directions, and tilted the same amount, with the same lens broken out. Here is a picture showing all 4 towers (12 to 15):

PESN Network
This video was provided by Sterling Allan of PESNetwork in December 2013. He filmed the video in April of 2009 during an on-site followup of an article on PESN.com where he featured IAS in a positive light and listed them in PESN's "Top 100 Clean Energy Technologies". In the video, he shows the status of the pilot plant was not as he was informed, and says they don't belong in PESN's "Top 100 Clean Energy Technologies:
